Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the policies and operations of Baptist Higher Primary & High School, Sedam, under the administration of The Bible Believing Christians Educational Welfare Society. By enrolling in or engaging with the school, students, parents, and staff agree to abide by these terms.

1. Admission & Enrollment

✅ Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria, document verification, and seat availability.
✅ The admission fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee promotions to higher grades.
✅ The school reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on institutional policies.

2. Fee Structure & Payment Policies

✅ All fees must be paid on time as per the school’s fee schedule. Late payments may attract penalties.
✅ Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the management.
✅ The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually and inform parents accordingly.

3. Code of Conduct & Discipline

✅ Students must adhere to school rules, respect teachers, and maintain discipline at all times.
✅ Any form of misconduct, bullying, or indiscipline may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
✅ Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in ensuring their child’s adherence to rules.

4. Attendance & Academic Performance

✅ Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations and promotions.
✅ Unauthorized absenteeism may result in academic consequences or disciplinary action.
✅ Academic progress is evaluated through continuous assessments, assignments, and exams.

5. Use of School Facilities & Property

✅ Students are responsible for maintaining school property and infrastructure.
✅ Any damage to school property due to negligence will be charged to the responsible student’s parents/guardians.
✅ The school reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities for safety or operational reasons.

6. Safety & Security

✅ The school takes all measures to ensure student safety, but is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
✅ Parents must inform the school about any medical conditions or special needs of their child.
✅ Students must follow safety protocols while using playgrounds, laboratories, and other facilities.

7. Online & Digital Conduct

✅ Students and parents must use online learning platforms responsibly and refrain from sharing or misusing school-related digital content.
✅ Cyberbullying, sharing false information, or unauthorized recordings are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

8. Examinations & Promotions

✅ Promotion to the next grade is based on overall performance, attendance, and school policies.
✅ The decision of the school management regarding results and promotions is final.

9. Amendments & Policy Updates

✅ The Bible Believing Christians Educational Welfare Society reserves the right to update or modify these terms as required.
✅ Parents and students will be informed of any policy changes through official communication channels.
