Refund & Cancellation Policy – The Bible Believing Christians Educational Welfare Society

At The Bible Believing Christians Educational Welfare Society, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions related to Baptist Higher Primary & High School, Sedam. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to admissions, tuition fees, and other payments made to the institution under the society’s administration.
1. Admission & Enrollment Fees
✅ All admission and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
✅ Admission fees ensure seat confirmation and administrative processing and cannot be transferred to another student.
2. Tuition Fees & Other Payments
✅ Tuition fees, transportation fees, and extracurricular activity charges are non-refundable once paid.
✅ In case of withdrawal before the academic session begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
✅ No refund will be provided if a student withdraws after the academic session has started or has attended classes.
3. Cancellation & Withdrawal Process
✅ Parents/guardians must submit a written request for cancellation or withdrawal to the school administration.
✅ The request will be reviewed, and any applicable refund will be processed based on policy terms.
4. Refund for Online Payments
✅ If a duplicate payment or transaction error occurs, parents must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
✅ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
5. Event & Program Fees
✅ Fees paid for educational trips, workshops, annual functions, and special programs are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled by the school.
✅ If the school cancels an event, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of the management.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
✅ In cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or unforeseen circumstances, the society may consider a case-by-case refund at its discretion.
✅ Parents must provide valid supporting documents to request an exception.
7. Policy Amendments & Management Rights
✅ The Bible Believing Christians Educational Welfare Society reserves the right to modify this policy as needed.
✅ All refund and cancellation decisions made by the school management and society board are final and binding.
